Bow Tie Cinemas in TRUMBULL (*not* New Haven ... but not too far away) is offering a weekly free movie for kids starting tomorrow, June 23! Sounds awesome. Click on this link for more info.
UPDATE: Just to add to Fleur's earlier post, I (Pokolodi) just spoke to someone at Bow-Tie Cinemas, and there are several locations participating in the Free Kids Club Film Series. Here is a link to the list of participating theaters and the films.
