Christmas Fairs!

There were so many events happening this weekend, we decided to make a special post just for the Christmas fairs!

Dec. 5 - New Haven
19th Annual Holiday Family Fun and Book Fair at United Community Nursery School! Huge book sale, silent auction, tons of live entertainment, craftmaking, lunch, bake sale and MORE! 323 Temple Street, New Haven. $4 admission for ages 2 and up. 10am-2:30pm. For more info, visit our previous post!

December 5 – Branford
Christmas Fair. First Congregational Church, 1009 Main St. Homemade gifts, ornaments, jewelry, glassware, toys, baked goods, homemade candy, decorated wreaths and swags. Lunch available. 9 am-3 pm. Free. (203) 488-7201

December 5 - Clinton
Christmas Fair. The First Church of Christ, Congregational, Route One. Handcraft exhibitors and church booths will be featured throughout two floors of the church building. Light lunch 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No admission charge, open to the public, ample free parking, handicapped accessible. 9:00 am-3 pm (860) 669-5735

December 5 - Essex
"Christmas On The Hill" Fair at First Congregational Church, 6 Methodist Hill. Unique, hand-crafted holiday gifts such as knitted hats, gloves and baby blankets; hand-made designer aprons; wood products for Dad and a variety of other crafts. Other items available for sale include jewelry; decorated live wreaths, swags and garlands; designer decor items, including MacKenzie-Childs bulbs and stockings, children's gifts and home-baked Christmas cookies in holiday tins. The highlight of the fair is the silent auction featuring many gifts such as a one-person Pelican Kayak and paddles; jewelry; a mink jacket; designer table trees; a Chocolate Lover's Bucket; 5 dozen new golf balls in a basket; and a gift certificate for dining at The Gris. December 5 – Wallingford
Christmas Fair. First Congregational Church, 23 South Main St. Yesterday’s treasures, silent auction, holiday crafts, nostalgic aromas, lunch available. Free. 9 am – 3 pm. (203) 265-1691
